UHT Sterilizer Machine
Tubular type UHTsterilizer is standing for Ultra High Temperature Instantly Sterilizing,the food and beverage will be heated to 137℃C-140°Cfor 3-5S to kill all the bacterias and reach to commercial aseptic. it mainly used for sterilizing fruit juices, fruit purees or fruit concentrates, with high fiber and solid contents or with high viscosity such as fresh milk,fruit juice(apple juice,orange juice,pineapple juice,pomegranate juice), beverages,and alcohol. If the sterilizer is matched with high-pressure homogenizer, it can also be applied to high viscous materials. The sterilizer can connect with aseptic filler for aseptic product processing.

UHT Sterilizer machine is the food industry must have sterilization equipment. UHT sterilize machine used for continuous sterilization of fruit and vegetable pulp, raw juice, concentrated juice, milk, juice beverage ,water or similar products.
Plate pasteurizer working principle
The UHT sterilizer process is under high-precision temperature control system. When the cold drinks are filled into the heat exchanger, they receive heat from the sterilized hot drinks. Then, they will be heated up to around 135-150℃ by superheated steam and water. Next, they will be kept in the constant warm tube for UHT sterilization. When they come out from the constant warm tube, they transfer heat to the incoming cold drinks, and cool down in the cooling part before they reach the outlet.
